just visit now and then

Two mediocres make a good, right? Maybe....

My hair. And it's favorite flower clip.

Photographic pluses: warm light, happy colors

Water bottle! Look at my porch, one day it will be done and it isn't just a hole in the ground anymore, it actually looks POSSIBLE.

Photographic pluses: interesting empty space, warm, bright light

always unchanged

I just discovered that the focus can be moved around on my fancy camera, and it is amazing! I am going crazy.

Photographic pluses: vibrant colors, interesting angle and focus.

love is to receive a glimpse

It looks like the gateway to heaven, doesn't it?

Photographic pluses: the light and colors are soft and the composition is interesting.

No school today since exams are over. I went on rather a photo binge, so I'm going to post all my favorites.

Endless grass. It holds an inexplicable appeal.

A lovely wall.

I named him Lionel.

Pretty benches.

Divinity.
I love pictures and warm sunniness and no school and being outside and days like today.

to watch his woods fill up with snow

I'm going to be decadent and post TWO today:

Beautiful snow.

You know what is simply magical? The fact that the grass can live and execute photosynthesis and grow and what have you without any help from us. As such, the fact that we have to learn about their incredibly complicated and brilliant means of survival is completely pointless. They will continue to grow and flourish and whatever whether we know how and why they do it or not. And whether we do well on our ridiculous biology exam is completely immaterial to the little spring of grass there. So why take it?

Photographic pluses: the light is bright on the snow/ice, so it sparkles. The picture is zoomed in close, so everything is very detailed.

This was the reason for our two-hour delay.

Photographic pluses: interesting angle, soft light.

Whose woods these are I think I know. His house is in the village though; He will not see me stopping here To watch his woods fill up with snow.

j'adore l'espagnol

It snows! It's beautiful, but I really need to have school tomorrow and not have to make up exams the next week. REALLY A WHOLE LOT. But it is pretty.

Photographic pluses: the contrast between warm and cold light is stark, and the water/snow on the branches shines.

leaving me all at sea

The high today was below freezing. The world is hard and icy.

Photographic pluses: The colors are soft, but the flowers have a harsher contrast that makes them stand out.
