Mmk, so Meet Me in St. Louis was playing at Movieland today, for their Sunday morning classic thing. How perfect! Just as I had all the songs stuck in my head.
They must have read my mind.
Bella and I rode our bikes over to the big fields near my house this afternoon instead of studying. There are some old apartment-ish buildings there that are getting torn down one by one. One of them is currently a pile of rubble. There are 3 standing, and one is now some cement steps and grass. It is terribly sad to see a big pile of rubble, with old stoves and radiators and pillows with the stuffing sticking out scattered about. The walls still have wallpaper on. It just makes you think Wow, I wonder who lived and died here? What was their story? And now it's gone.
