Lovely, aren't they? The glasses, I mean. I was aiming at the whole "they don't make things that way anymore, what a time it was, little dalin'" sort of vibe.
However, I googled them, and they still make pretty classy opera glasses. Roughly $100. Though they were all on sale. Not many people seem to be buying opera glasses.
